Ingredients (for one serving)

2 good quality frozen crab cakes (recommended calories per cake is 120 to 140)
Spray Olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Spicy sauce for the noodles (examples are sriracha sauce or all-purpose Chinese sauce available at the grocery stores)
Seasoning salt, to taste
Asparagus for the side of veggies (May have 10 to 20 spears, one spear is around 3 calories)
2 oz. thin spaghetti noodles (this recipe used protein plus Barilla thin spaghetti pasta)
Freshly crushed black pepper, to taste
Fresh or bottled lemon juice, to taste

Method

Crab cake in the oven as per the instructions on the label. Typically bake at 400 F on each side for 10 to 15 min after brushing them with olive oil.
Drizzle some lemon juice on the top once cooked.

A side of asparagus is a very low-calorie option. Asparagus is considered an anti-inflammatory food packed with several nutrients. Spray olive oil in a pan and sautee asparagus spears. Add seasoning salt and freshly crushed black pepper to taste.

Lastly, the side of noodles. Cook them as per the instructions on the box of the noodles you have selected. Spray olive oil in a pan and then add garlic paste, then noodles to the pan. Top it with either spicy option of sriracha sauce or less spicy option of all-purpose Chinese or Thai sauce. Add seasoning salt to taste.
